摘　　要："十八大"提出要在2020年全面建成小康社会,这是党和国家向全社会的庄严承诺。因此,在借鉴国内发达地区交通运输发展经验的基础上,紧紧围绕自治区"十三五"发展规划及自治区全面建成小康社会经济发展目标,并结合"8337"发展思路、人民群众对安全便捷出行的期待、生态文明建设对交通运输发展的要求,建立了交通运输指标评价体系,为推动自治区交通事业发展,进而为实现全面建成小康社会提供一定的借鉴和引领作用。The 18th National Party Congress put forward to build a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020,this is the solemn commitment of party and state to the whole society. Accordingly,in reference to domestic transportation development experience in developed regions,closely around the autonomous region ＂ the thirteen five-year＂ development planning and economy development goal to build a well-off society,combined with the ＂ 8337＂ development ideas,the people look for a safe and convenient travel,the request of the ecological civilization construction on transportation development,setting up index evaluation system of transportation,which has leading role to promote the development of autonomous region transportation business,and provide certain reference to build a well-off society in an all-round way.
