摘  要:为研究2种自主研发叶面肥(T1和T2)的使用效果,选用市面销售的2种叶面肥(T3和T4)作为对照,通过黄瓜盆栽试验研究4种叶面肥对叶绿素、茎粗、产量和品质的影响,以期开发出适合瓜菜类蔬菜专用型叶面肥品种。研究表明:与喷施清水的对照相比,4种叶面肥均可以增加黄瓜盛果期的叶绿素含量(SPAD值)、增加中后期黄瓜植株的茎粗,延缓衰老,处理间差异不显著;喷施叶面肥可以显著提高黄瓜产量,增产幅度53.89%-159.30%,T2处理增产幅度最大;喷施叶面肥处理后单果重增加,黄瓜的商品性提高,T4单果重最大,T2次之,分别较对照增加19.94%和19.55%;喷施叶面肥可以提高黄瓜可溶性糖、有机酸、可溶性蛋白、氨基酸、维生素C的含量,改善黄瓜品质,T1和T2处理的品质指标总体略优于T3和T4处理。综合考虑产量、商品性和品质等方面,自制叶面肥T2的效果均优于试验选取的2种市售叶面肥,是一种合理的瓜菜类叶面肥新品种。In order to develop a better foliar fertilizer on vegetables,the effect of two kind of home-made foliar fertilizers(T_1 and T_2) and two commercial foliar fertilizers(T_3 and T_4) on the SPAD,stem diameters,yield and quality of pot cucumber was evaluated in this paper.The results showed that foliar fertilizers could increase the chlorophyll content(SPAD) and the stem diameter to delay aging compared with the CK group,but the difference was not extremely significant.Foliar fertilizers could also significantly increase the yield from53.89%-159.30%and improved the commodity value by increasing single fruit weight,compared with other treatments,the yield of home-made foliar fertilizer 2(T_2) was the largest.The single fruit weight of T_4 was the largest,and that of T_2 was the second,they increased by 19.94%and 19.55%compared with that of CK.Spraying foliar fertilizers can also increase the content of soluble sugar,organic acid,soluble protein,amino acid and vitamin C of cucumber,so the quality was improved,the quality of T_1 and T_2 were better than that of T_3and T_4.Home-made foliar fertilizer 2(T_2) is better than other two commercial foliar fertilizers considering yield,quality and commodity value,which is a new kind of foliar fertilizer on vegetables.
