摘　　要：根据医院健康宣教和基层健康教育工作的需要,在"医院电子图书馆"建设的基础上,通过二次开发提炼出健康教育、疾病知识、药品知识等信息资源,通过武警部队三级网、HWIFI、微信等网络平台发布,供读者自主学习;为健康教育工作提供信息化工作平台,以提高健康教育的工作效率和服务质量;用信息化手段解决基层部队健康教育资源匮乏、人才缺乏等实际问题,提高部队的卫勤保障能力。Information resources of health education,disease knowledge and drug knowledge extracted by secondary development from ＂ hospital electronic library＂ were disseminated on the Website,WIFI and We Chat platforms of People＇s Armed Police for the self-learning of users according to the demand of health dissemination and education in hospitals and health education at grass-roots level,in order to improve the efficiency and service of health education,solve the lack of resources and talents for health education,and to enhance the health service support ability for People＇s Armed Police.
