摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道三维超声对子宫角妊娠和输卵管间质部妊娠的诊断价值。方法:选择子宫角妊娠患者72例、输卵管间质部妊娠患者39例,分别采用经阴道二维超声及经阴道三维超声检查,记录并比较两者对孕囊型、包块型子宫角妊娠和输卵管间质部妊娠的诊断准确率。结果:与经阴道二维超声比较,经阴道三维超声对输卵管间质部妊娠和子宫角妊娠的诊断准确率高(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道三维超声对输卵管间质部妊娠和子宫角妊娠的诊断价值优于经阴道二维超声。Objective： To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in uterine corner pregnancy and interstitial tubal pregnancy. Methods： Seventy-two patients of uterine corner pregnancy and39 patients of interstitial tubal pregnancy were selected and two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound examination were underwent. The diagnostic accuracy rate of gestational sac type and mass type of uterine corner pregnancy,interstitial tubal pregnancy were recorded and compared. Results： The diagnosis efficient of three-dimensional ultrasonography on interstitial tubal pregnancy and cornual pregnancy accuracy were much higher than those of the two-dimensional ultrasound（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： Transvaginal threedimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of interstitial tubal pregnancy and cornual pregnancy are much better than two-dimensional ultrasound.
