摘　　要：从杜文娟主任应用杏苏散、苓桂术甘汤、小青龙汤3个温法方剂治疗复感儿复感咳嗽、小儿迁延性干咳、小儿反复咳喘的病案出发,引出其对于温法治疗小儿咳喘的诸多观点,即反复迁延性咳喘患儿,多存肺脾气虚,痰湿痰饮内停的病机,温补脾肺,辛散痰饮的温法取效最捷,切忌见炎思热,虚虚实实。从辨证、选方、用药几个方面总结了杜文娟主任应用三方的经验。Based on the medical records of flu susceptible children＇s recurrent cough, procrastinated dry cough, repeatedly cough and asthma treated by chief physician DU Wen-juan with three warm prescriptions Xingsu powder, Linggui Zhugan decoction, Xiaoqinglong decoction, drawing forth many viewpoints of her on treatment on children＇s cough and asthma with warm therapy, that is to say, children with recurrent procrastinated cough and asthma have the pathology of lung and spleen deficiency and congestion of fluid-retention mostly,the therapy of warming spleen and lung, drying the phlegm and retained fluid has the fastest effect. No just thinking warm when seeing inflammation,that is falsehoods. The article summarized the experiences of physician DU Wen-juan on using these three prescriptions from several aspects such as syndrome differentiation, using medicine and herbs.
