伸筋易骨矫形手法治疗KOA轻度内翻畸形的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]分析伸筋易骨矫形手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)轻度内翻畸形的有效性。[方法]将70例KOA轻度内翻畸形患者随机分为两组。观察组采用伸筋易骨矫形手法治疗,对照组采用玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔注射治疗。两组均治疗21 d,分析治疗前后局部胫股力线解剖角(α角),膝关节功能积分,下肢力线偏移距离(L),下肢绝对长度(H),股四头肌、腘绳肌肌张力变化。[结果]两组治疗后膝关节功能、股直肌、腘绳肌肌肉张力均有显著提高(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组α角和L显著减少(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。两组患者H均无明显变化(P>0.05)。[结论]伸筋易骨矫形手法是治疗KOA轻度膝内翻畸形的有效方法,能够有效减小膝关节内翻畸形的角度,显著提高膝关节功能。[Objective] To analysis the effect of the Shenjin Yigu orthopedic massage manipulation treating on the knee osteoarthritis（KOA） with mild varus deformity. [Methods] The 70 patients with KOA mild varus deformity were randomly divided into two groups. The observation groups with Shenjin Yigu orthopedic massage manipulation therapy, the control group treated by sodium hyaluronate injection articular cavity injection therapy. The two groups were treated for 21 days, analysis of local tibiofemoral force line anatomy angle（α angle）,knee function score, limb alignment offset distance（L）, lower extremity absolute length（H）, change four quadriceps, hamstring muscle tension unit before and after treatment. [Conclusion] The two groups after treatment of knee function and rectus femoris and hamstring muscle tension were improved significantly（ P 〈0. 05）, and observation group was better than that of control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The observation group α angle and L decreased significantly（P〈0.05）, and the control group showed no significant change（P〉0.05）. No change in the H of patients in the two groups（P〉0.05）. [Results] Shenjin Yigu orthopedic massage manipulation is an effective method in the treatment of mild KOA knee varus deformity, which can effectively reduce the knee varus angle, significantly improve the function of knee joint.
