摘　　要：阐述重庆轨道交通的发展历程和取得的成果,从筹建阶段对轨道交通制式和线路方案进行研究,从规划线网的规划控制及管理,到城市轨道交通第二轮建设项目设计时的互联互通的网络化设计,说明怎样将为乘客服务落实于网络化规划、网络化设计和网络化运营中。The development history and achievements of Chongqing＇s urban rail transit are reviewed in three stages. The first stage is the preparing stage,including research on the system mode and route layout. The second stage is about the planning and controlling of the network and its inter-connectivity. The last stage surrounds the inter-connected network design for the secondround construction of urban rail transit in Chongqing. Suggestions are put forward for achieving quality passenger service from the perspectives of network planning,network design and the network operation of urban rail transit.
