摘　　要：从轨道交通线网规划战略研究主要内容出发,采取问题导向性研究思路,重点对目前战略研究中较为薄弱的宏观需求分析、边界条件、发展模式选择三方面进行分析,认为目前在线网规划阶段,用于判断轨道交通战略的宏观需求分析较为薄弱,缺乏对宏观需求特性尤其是主要走廊交通瓶颈的分析;另外,容易在战略研究时忽略重要的边界条件,导致制定出来的战略乃至线网方案不具有可实施性和可操作性;同时在战略研究过程中对于轨道交通发展模式的把握较为死板,不能做到因地制宜地选择模式和构建网络层次。针对战略研究阶段这些问题的分析并结合相关案例提出其研究重点和内容,如宏观需求特征把握需要关注的内容,边界条件需要关注的地质、文物等内容,发展模式选择所需要结合的城市规模和形态等内容。In this paper,the problem-oriented approach is applied to the study of rail transit network planning strategies. The author focuses on three aspects,including macro demand analysis,boundary conditions and the development mode selection,which are relatively weak in the current study. At the network planning stage,macro demand is lack of the analysis on its characteristics,especially the bottleneck analysis in the main traffic corridor. Meanwhile,the important boundary conditions are easily ignored in strategic research,leading to poor implementation of strategy and even the scheme. Finally,it is rigid to choose the rail transit development mode during the course of the strategic study because the choice mode and the construction of the network level cannot be adjusted to local conditions. Based on the analysis of the above problems and related case studies in strategic research stage,the author puts forward the focuses and research contents which include the macro demand characteristics,boundary conditions such as geology,cultural relics and the size and shape of the city involved in the development mode selection.
