协同模式在癌性疼痛患者康复护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨协同模式在癌症疼痛患者康复护理中的应用效果。方法选择癌性疼痛患者70例，随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组患者应用常规护理方法，实验组患者在常规护理基础上应用协同模式进行干预，分别在入院时、协同模式干预1周后以及出院时进行疼痛程度比较，并在入院时、出院时进行生活质量的比较，以及住院时间比较。结果两组患者入院时疼痛程度无显著差异，协同干预1周后疼痛程度比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），在出院时疼痛程度比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；两组患者入院时生活质量比较无显著性差异，出院时生活质量比较差异有统计学意义，生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域（ P＜0.01），环境领域（ P＜0.05）；两组患者住院时间比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.01）。结论协同护理模式能增强癌性疼痛患者的治疗效果，提高患者的生活质量，缩短患者住院时间。Objective To explore the effects of collaborative model on the cancer-pain patients.Methods Seventy patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each.The control group received usual care, the observation group were treated with collaborative care.Using NRS and WHOQOL-BREF to evaluate the effects of the patients in both groups on admission, after a week of collaborative care and before discharged from the hospital, and compare with hospital stays of the two groups.Results One week after the discharge, the scores of pain degree among the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and quality of life in the observation group compared with the control group was significantly improved, obtained higher scores in the field of physiological, psychological, social relations and environmental field, the difference had statistical significance.Conclusions Application of collaborative care can improve the effect of pain management, enhance QOL of the cancer pain patients and reduce hospitalization time.
