摘　　要：目的：通过研究了解自制宣传手册对体外受精－胚胎移植术成功率的影响。方法把本科接受体外受精－胚胎移植术的患者522例随机分成两组，实验组发放宣传手册进行比较。结果通过发放自制宣传手册能有效地降低患者的焦虑程度，提高手术成功率。结论自制宣传手册的发放能有效地提高体外受精－胚胎移植的成功率，值得推广。Objective To study the effect of distribution of brochure on success rate of IVF-ET surger-y.Methods A total of 522 patients who accepted IVF-ET surgery were randomly divided into two groups, thenthe experimental group was given brochureand.Results Readingthe brochure released patients＇anxiety and improved success rate of surgery.Conclusions Distribution of brochure to patients can improve success rate of IVF-ET and it deserves popularization.
