摘　　要：分析了加强中蒙草原科技合作在建立地缘关系以及科学、技术、文化、文明发展方面的重要意义,提出了未来中蒙草原科技合作的战略布局和草原科技合作实施建议。中蒙两国应该在以下四个方面加强草原科技合作:(1)充分挖掘和利用中蒙草原天然实验室的优势,开展草原资源、生态、灾害防控、畜牧业发展等研究;(2)推进民间交流与合作,推广面向牧区牧户生产和生活实际问题的现代科学技术,推动畜牧业生产方式转变,促进畜牧业向现代化发展;(3)开展矿区开发生态保护研究和生态重建和恢复实践;(4)提出草原绿色文明之路科技计划,赋予古老的草原丝绸之路以崭新的生态内涵。建议加大草原科技合作投入,依托我国和蒙古国已有的草原科技合作基础,推进建立科研院校及企业的合作联盟。The significance of enhancing the grassland science and technology collaboration between China and Mongol for the purpose of development in geopolitical relations,science and technology,culture and civilization were analyzed.Strategic layout for the future collaboration as well as the advices on carrying out the collaboration was put forward.It was suggested that China and Mongol should reinforce their collaboration on grassland science and technology in the following aspects：First,carrying out research on grassland resources,ecology,disaster control and animal industrial development et al to capitalize on the natural lab on Mongolian plateau.Second,carrying forward non-government exchange and cooperation to extend the technology and science which aim at solving the herders＇ production and livelihood problems and the development of animal husbandry production.Third,caring out research and practice on ecological protection and rebuilding in mining area.Forth,putting forward science and technology plan for grassland green culture to endow the ancient grassland silk road a new ecological meaning.It was advised that China government should increase the investment on grassland science and technology cooperation,and promote the cooperation union among institutes,universities and enterprises on the basis of the existing collaborations.
