摘 要:为探讨水分胁迫对罗布麻种子萌发和幼苗生长的生理效应,用聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱对种子进行胁迫,研究不同浓度(0%、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%)溶液处理对种子萌发率、日相对萌发率、萌发指数、活力指数、保护酶活性和有机调节物质的影响。结果表明:在轻度干旱(5%、10%浓度时)胁迫下PEG促进种子萌发及幼苗生长,但与对照组比差异不显著。其后随着PEG浓度增加出现抑制作用,浓度越大,指标降幅越大。幼苗丙二醛、脯氨酸含量随PEG浓度增加呈上升趋势,可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物酶和过氧化物酶活性先上升后下降,过氧化氢酶活性变化不规律,总体呈下降趋势。In order to test the effect of water stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Apocynum venetum L.,the drought stress was simulated with PEG-6000 and the effects of different concentrations of PEG-6000(0%,5%,10%,20%,25%and 30%)on germination percentage,daily relative germination rate,germination index,vigor index,protective enzyme activities and organic mediation matter were studied.The results showed that:The germination under mild drought stress(5%,10% PEG)had no significant difference compared with CK(P〉0.05).The seed germination indexes were inhibited with the increasing drought stress and the higher the drought stress was the more decrease the indexes.Varieties of seedling physiological indexes:MDA and Pro were increased with the increase of PEG concentration;the soluble protein content and activities of SOD and POD increased first and then decreased,the activities of CAT were unstable,and was descended in general trend.
