地面行走训练可改善稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病患者的呼吸困难

摘　　要：目的研究地面行走训练对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病患者呼吸困难的改善。方法将在我院就诊行肺功能明确诊断为COPD的患者随机分为对照组50人及观察组50人。12周后检查肺功能、六分钟步行试验、CAT问卷评分。结果 2组患者的肺功能指标、六分钟步行试验行走距离、CAT问卷评分均比治疗前有所改善,但是观察组上述指标的改善更明显(P<0.05),在反应运动耐量的指标方面要优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地面行走训练能够改善COPD患者的呼吸困难。Objective To study walking helps COPD sufferers breathe easy.Methods To collect the data of 100 patients with COPD who were received pulmonary function test in our hospital.All the patients were divided in to two groups randomly Patients in the control group（n=50） and in the observation（n=50）, After twelve weeks, obsever pulmonary function、6-minute walk test Result、COPD assessment test. Results All the index of pulmonary function、result of 6-minute walk test and COPD assessment test were improvement after treatment in both group.However, compered with control group, the improvement in the observation were mor significant,especially in the index for the execrise tolerance. Conlusion walking helps COPD sufferers breathe easy.
