摘  要:为确保低放废水处理设施的安全,采取了一系列安全措施。1)将设备布局优化和局部加固。2)对处理对象的放射性总活度、酸根离子等进行了限定。3)为保证放射性废水暂存、输送、处理和排放过程安全,从废水储罐、特排管道、自动化控制、报警、安全联锁等方面进行了优化设计。4)为保证人员安全,从辐射分区、送排风、出入控制、辐射监测和辐射屏蔽等方面进行了设计。5)为防止无关人员误入或入侵,设计了门禁控制、入侵报警和视频监控等系统。该低放废水处理设施符合国家标准,目前已完成了设计、加工制造、安装、调试和验收。We adopted a series of safety measures to ensure the safety of low-level radioactive wastewater treatment facility. 1) We took such measures as equipment layout optimization and partial reinforcement. 2) The total radioactivity and acid ions of the wastewater were limited. 3) An optimized design was made in the following aspects such as wastewater tanks, pipes, process automation and con- trol,alarm and safety interlock to ensure the safety during wastewater temporary storage, transport, treatment and discharge. 4) To ensure the safety of staff and the public, another optimized design was made in the aspect of radiation zoning, access control, ventilation, radiation monitoring and shielding. 5) We also designed access control system, intrusion alarm system and video surveillance system to pre- vent the invasion of unauthorized persons.The system meets the requirements of GB.We have comple- ted the design,manufacturing,installation,debugging and acceptance.
