摘　　要：果蔗是一种供人们生吃的甘蔗,具有悠久的栽培历史和广阔的消费市场。通过对南京地区果蔗生产现状的调研,分析南京地区果蔗发展存在的问题及有利条件,为推动南京地区果蔗产业发展提供对策和建议。Chewing cane is a kind of fresh eating sugarcane.It has a long history of cultivation and broad consumer market. On the basis of investigation of the current situation of chewing cane production in Nanjing area,both existent problems and advantages in the development of chewing cane were analyzed.In addition, several proposals on the chewing cane industry in Nan- jing area were put forward.
