摘　　要：服务经济时代催生了第三次工业革命,而第三次工业革命的到来则加速了全球化的服务外包浪潮。以业务专长为客户创造价值的KPO(知识流程外包)成为ITO(信息技术外包)与BPO(业务流程外包)的高智能延续,正日益受到业界重视。从生态链角度分析,KPO企业至少存在3大风险:一是生态链条的外部市场风险;二是生态种群企业内部风险;三是生态群落之间的提供商链接风险。文章构建了包括3个一级指标、12个二级指标在内的KPO企业风险评价指标体系,借助云模型对KPO企业风险进行了实证分析,并提出针对性的规避机制。The era of service economy gave birth to the third industrial revolution, which accelerated the global service outsourcing. Knowledge process outsourcing has attracted increasing attention of its high intelligent continuity after information technol- ogy outsourcing and business process outsourcing for its business expertise in creating value for customers. From the eco- logical community perspective, knowledge process outsourcing has 3 kinds of operational risks： the first is the external market risk of ecological chain; the second is the internal risk of population ecology enterprise; and the third is provider＇s link risk of ecological communities. This paper constructs the knowledge process outsourcing risk evaluation index system including 3 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indexes, makes an empirical analysis on knowledge process outsourcing by the cloud model, and finally puts forward elusion tactics.
