摘 要:2008年金融危机后,世界各国对外贸易低迷,对我国中小外贸企业造成了严重的冲击。本文在现有商业模式理论的基础上,结合中小外贸企业的现状,从盈利模式、营运模式和策略模式三个方面,构建了中小外贸企业的商业模式:通过价值链向上下游延伸,提供增值服务,改变传统低附加值的盈利模式;借助跨境E贸易服务平台提供的信息流、物流、商检、报关、结算、退税等综合服务,实现营运模式的创新;建立品牌战略的策略模式,通过制定非品牌阶段、贴牌和自创品牌共同发展阶段、局部品牌三个战略阶段,从企业界和消费界两方面完成策略模式的创新。After the 2008 financial crisis, foreign trade in the world is slumping, which causes a serious impact on China's medium and small foreign trade enterprises. Based on the theory of the business model and combined with the status of medium and small foreign trade enterprises, this paper builds the business modes of medium and small foreign trade enterprises in the modes of profit, operation and strategy: extending value chain up and down, providing value-added services and change the traditional low value-added profit model; providing information flow, logistics, commodity inspection, customs clearance, settlement, tax rebates and other integrated services by means of cross-border E trade service platform to achieve business model innovation; and building strategy pattern of brand strategy, completing strategy pattern innovation from two aspects of business community and consumer society by making non-brand phase, branded and own brand common development phase and local brand.
