摘　　要：近年来,"生态有价"理念已逐步为世人接受。生态资本运营已成为生态环境良好而经济发展较为落后地区实现跨越式发展的有效途径。绿色农业生态资本运营是把绿色农业生态资源和绿色农业生态环境作为一种资本来进行运营,目的是为了保护和改善绿色农业生态环境、最大限度获得绿色农业生态资本长期收益,实现整个经济社会的生态化。鄱阳湖生态经济区有着丰富的绿色农业生态资本,通过对鄱阳湖生态经济区绿色农业生态资本进行有效运营,能够促进该区域绿色农业的发展,实现区域绿色农业生态资本价值保值增值,缓解保护生态环境与促进经济发展的矛盾,提高农民收入。目前,鄱阳湖生态经济区绿色农业生态资本运营存在绿色农业生态资本运营理念缺乏,生产技术落后、负外部性强、运营方式落后等问题,应更新观念、明确思路、科学规划、创新模式,加快绿色农业与绿色旅游业融合发展,发展农业电子商务,加大金融和科技支持支持力度,促进鄱阳湖生态经济区绿色农业生态资本运营。In recent years, the idea that ＂Ecology has a price＂ has been gradually accepted all over the world. The ecological capital operation has become an effective way to achieve a leaping development in areas with good environment but relatively poor economic development. Green agro-ecological capital operation is to treat the green agro-ecological resources and environ- ment as a capital to operate. The purpose is to improve the green agro-ecological environment, maximize the long-term capital gains and ＂ecologicalize＂ the economic society. Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone has a wealth of green agro- ecological capital. An effective operation of this capital in this area can promote the development of the agriculture, realize the appreciation of the green agro-ecological capital and increase farmers incomes. Currently, the ecological capital opera tion in this region has several problems： lack of idea of ＂green agro-ecological capital operation＂, backward production technology, and strong negative externalities, etc. Therefore, the government needs to promote the idea, make scientific plans and renew models. More specifically, it should accelerate the integration of green agriculture and green tourism, de- velop agriculture e-commerce and enforce the financial and technological supports to promote the green agro-ecological capital operation in the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone.
