摘  要:为了研究煤矸石破碎粒径对煅烧活性的影响,测试了不同破碎粒径的煤矸石煅烧后的水泥胶砂物理性能,利用XRD、TG-DSC综合热分析和SEM分析了煤矸石不同破碎粒径的物相组成、受热分解情况和微观结构。结果表明:煤矸石破碎分选后粒径越小,发热量越大,烧失量越高。不同粒径煤矸石的物相组成差别不大,均主要为高岭石、石英和黄铁矿。不同粒径煤矸石煅烧后28 d抗压强度活性指数均在80%以上,其中2.36~4.75 mm粒径活性最高,达到102%,0.6~2.36 mm粒径和〈0.6 mm粒径后期强度增进很大,28 d抗压强度活性指数达到93%和94%,混合粒径活性指数最低为83%。掺入煅烧后的不同粒径煤矸石后,水泥胶砂流动度随着燃尽率的提高,其流动度越大。In order to study the effects of different crushing particle sizes of coal gangue on the calcined activity of coal gangue,the properties of cement mortar mixed with the calcined coal gangue with different crushing particle sizes were tested,and the thermal decomposition condition,phase composition and microstructure of the samples with different crushing particle sizes were investigated by TG-DSC,XRD and SEM,respectively. The experimental results showed that the heat value and loss of coal gangue increased with the decrease of the crushing particle sizes,and coal gangue with different particle sizes has nearly phase composition,which is mainly composed of kaolinite,quartz and pyrite. Activity index of 28 d compressive strength of he calcined coal gangue with different crushing particle sizes is above 80%,among these,2. 36 ~ 4. 75 mm particle size has highest activity and reaches102%,is the highest. The later strengths of the 0.6 ~ 2.36 mm and less than 0.6 mm particle size improve a lot,activity indexes of28 d compressive strength reach 93% and 94%. The activity index of 28 d compressive strength of hybrid particle sizes reaches83%,which is lowest. The fluidity of cement mortar mixed with calcined coal gangue with different particle sizes increases gradually with the improvement of burning rate.
