摘 要:主要研究了不同细度锂渣粉作为掺合料时对胶凝材料需水量、强度以及与外加剂适应性的影响和锂渣作为混合材对水泥物理力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:以不同细度的锂渣粉代替30%水泥,随锂渣粉细度增加,胶凝材料需水量增加,3 d强度大幅降低,28 d强度降低较小,这说明锂渣粉作为掺合料的掺量不宜过大;当外加剂掺量为胶凝材料的5‰、锂渣粉比表面积为901 m2/kg、锂渣粉代替12%水泥时,水泥与外加剂适应性较好。锂渣粉作为混合材掺量在6%以内,水泥的凝结时间正常,安定性合格,28 d强度满足P O42.5要求,早期强度稍低于对照组,但后期强度与对照组相当甚至高于对照组强度。The influences of different fineness lithium slag power as admixture on the cement water requirement,strength and adaptablity between admixture and cement of cementitious materials,and the effects of lithium slag as admixture on physical and mechanical properties of cement were all studied. The experimental results showed that,using different fineness sizes of lithium slag to replace 30% cement,with the increases of specific surface areas of lithium slag,the water requirement of cement increased gradually,the 3 d and 28 d strengths of mortar decreased,indicating that the dosage of lithium slag using as admixture should be appropriate. When the additive content is 5‰ of cementitious material,the specific surface area of the lithium slag power is 901 m2/ kg,and when lithium slag instead of 12% cement,the cement has a better adaptability with the admixture. The content of lithium slag using as admixture should be controlled in less than 6%,it has little effect on setting time and stablity of the cement,and 28 d strength satisfy the requirements of P O 42.5,early strength is slightly lower than that of the control group,but the later strength equals to or even higher than that.
