摘  要:基于光纤光栅传感基本原理,实现了冲击载荷下液压机拉杆等大型机械设备动态压力的直接测量,并依据液压机拉杆有限元分析将光纤光栅准确定位于线性梯度应变区,设计并实验验证了高精度的动态压力测量系统,用等悬臂梁模拟液压机拉杆并结合LAN-XI振动系统,验证用于液压机拉杆FBG压力传感器的动态特性性能。结果表明,传感系统在低频和高频下均具有良好的动态振动特性,能满足液压机拉杆应力检测的要求,并且可以广泛地应用于大型起重臂、翻车机溜槽和立式辊磨机等大型机械设备的动态性能试验及动态响应测试中。Based on fundamental principle of FBG sensor,this article realized direct measurement for dynamic stress of hydraulic machine drawbar and other large mechanical equipments under impulse load. FBG was located accurately in linear gradient's strain area by ANSYS to hydraulic machine drawbar,high-precision dynamic stress measurement system was designed and verified by experiment,and dynamic property of FBG stress sensor on hydraulic machine drawbar was verified by making uniform cantilever beam analog hydraulic machine drawbar combining LAN-XI vibration system. The experimental results show that sensor system has good dynamic vibration both under low frequency and high frequency,can meet detection requirements for hydraulic machine drawbar stress. It also can be widely used in dynamic properties and response experiments of large lift arm,tippler chute,vertical roller mill and other equipments.
