摘 要:目的:探讨精神分裂症患者显著异常的脑区。方法:对34例正常人对照组和41例精神分裂症患者进行静息状态下的功能磁共振扫描,采用独立成分分析以及其稳定成分的选取相结合来确定具有功能意义的成分,进行正常人与精神分裂症患者之间的双样本t检验。结果:找到6个可靠性高的独立成分,并筛选出一个具有功能研究意义的成分;确定精神分裂症患者和正常人之间存在功能异常的脑区,即信号减弱的脑区:左侧额中回(MFG)、左侧颞下回(ITG)、左侧眶部额上回(ORBsup)、左侧前扣带和旁扣带脑回(ACG)、右侧前扣带和旁扣带脑回(ACG)和左侧内侧前额叶(MPFC)。结论:发现除了ACG的双侧区域皆存在功能异常外,MFG、ITG、ORBsup、MPFC都是只有左侧存在功能异常,说明临床治疗精神分裂症患者时不可忽视脑区不对称性的影响;其次,研究发现功能异常的区域主要集中在前额叶,可能与记忆和自我控制能力的下降相关。Objective: To determine and investigate dysfunction regions of schizophrenia. Methods: 34 healthy controlsubjects and 41 patients with schizophrenia participated to complete the functional magnetic resonance imaging scans atthe rest state. Independent component analysis combined the selection of stable component to determine the componentwith functional significance. Two sample t-test was applied to explore the functional connectivity between healthy controlsand schizophrenia patients. Results: Six independent components with high reliability, were identified as being with func-tional significance. Functional connectivity was found significantly reduced in schizophrenia in the Middle frontal gyrus, In-ferior temporal gyrus, Orbitofrontal cortex superior, Anterior cingulate gyrus and medial prefrontal gyrus, compared tohealthy controls. Conclusion: It finds ACG exist dysfunction in the both side of the whole brain, MFG、ITG、ORBsup andMPFC exist dysfunction on the left. Not only left side but also right side has the regions of abnormal functional. It explainsthat the effects of brain asymmetry cannot be ignor during the clinical treatment of schizophrenia patients. Secondly, the re-sults of research show that the regions of brain dysfunction mainly concentrate in the prefrontal cortex. It may be associatewith the decline of memory and self control.
