摘  要:目的:探讨慢性精神分裂症患者血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平及与神经认知功能的关联。方法:入组符合DSM-IV精神分裂症诊断标准的50例患者,同时入组50名健康志愿者,采用高效液相色谱法测定血清Hcy水平。采用PANSS量表评价患者的临床症状。采用WCST、TMT评价认知功能。结果:患者组血清Hcy水平明显高于对照组。WCST、TMT成绩明显差于对照组。患者组血清Hcy与PANSS量表总分及阴性症状分呈正相关;与WCST正确数呈负相关,与WCST错误总数呈正相关;与TMT-A、TMT-B时间呈正相关。结论:慢性精神分裂症存在明显Hcy异常,血清Hcy与认知功能和阴性症状密切相关,Hcy可能与精神分裂症预后相关。Objective: To explore the relationship between serum homocysteine and cognitive function in chronic schizo-phrenia. Methods: 50 patients meeting the criteria of DSM-IV for schizophrenia and 50 healthy volunteers were recruited.The serum Hcy was determined by HPLC method. The clinical symptoms were assessed by PANSS. WCST、TMT were ad-ministered to evaluate cognitive functions. Results: The serum Hcy levels in schizophrenia group were significantly higherthan control group. The scores of WCST and TMT in schizophrenia group were significantly lower than control group. The se-rum Hcy levels were positively related with PANSS total and negative symptoms scores, total number of WCST errors, thescores of TMT-A and TMT-B, and were negatively related with correct number of WCST in schizophrenia patients. Conclusion: The Hcy abnormality is abnormally increased in chronic schizophrenia patients, which is associated with impairedcognitive function and negative symptom in this severe mental disorder.
