摘 要:目的:评价硫酸钡粉剂与悬液对血栓模型的结构及机械性能的影响。方法抽取猪动脉血液制作3种用于评价机械取栓器的实验血栓模型(ETs),分别为:不含对比剂的聚氯乙烯管内凝血酶诱导凝固成型可透 X 线红色血栓模型(TNTR)、聚氯乙烯管内凝血酶诱导成型硫酸钡(粉剂)不透 X 线血栓模型(TBpT)和聚氯乙烯管内凝血酶诱导成型硫酸钡(悬液)不透 X 线血栓模型(TBsT)。用拉伸实验,弹性试验来比较血栓模型的机械力学性能。HE 染色显示血栓模型的组织结构。SPSS16用于数据分析。结果TNTR、TBpT 及 TBsT 能拉伸最长的长度分别为:(4.03±0.10)cm、(2.98±0.14)cm 及(3.42±0.15)cm;TNTR,TBsT及 TBpT 弯曲90°;后能弹回的度数分别为(12.50±6.89)°,(86.66±4.08)°,(33.33±10.32)°;TBpT,TBsT 相对 X 线密度分别为(64.40±2.76)%,(82.19±1.73)%。组织学显示 TBsT 较 TBpT 结构更均一。结论硫酸钡悬液对血栓模型的机械性能改变较粉剂小,用于制备试验用对比剂血栓模型优于硫酸钡粉剂。Objective To evaluate the effect of barium sulfate powder and suspension on structure and mechanical properties of experimental thrombus model for testing of mechanical thrombectomy devices.Methods Fresh porcine artery blood was used to make experimental thrombus (ETs).They were thrombin induced non-radiopaque tubing red clots (TNTR),thrombin induced barium (powder) tubing clots (TBpT)and thrombin induced barium(suspension)tubing clots (TBsT).Mechanical properties of thrombosis model were evaluated by the tensile test and elastic test.HE stain was used to evaluate tissue structure of thrombosis model.SPSS1 6 was used for data analysis.Results The lengths which TNTR,TBpT and TBsT could be extended were (4.03±0.10)cm,(2.98±0.14)cm and (3.42±0.1 5)cm respectively.The return degrees when TNTR,TBsT and TBpT were released after a ninety degrees flexion were (12.50±6.89)degrees,(86.66±4.08)degrees,(33.33±10.32)degrees respectively.The relative X-ray density of TBpT and TBsT were (64.40±2.76)% and (82.19±1.73)% respectively.The histology shown TBsT structure was more uniform than TBpT.Conclusion The effect of addition of barium sulfate suspension on mechanical properties of thrombosis model is less than that of the powder,and is better than barium sulfate powder for the preparation of thrombus mode for evaluation of mechanical therombectomy devices.
