摘　　要：目的:检测水通道蛋白1(AQP1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在乙肝相关性肝癌组织和血清中的表达,旨在探讨其与乙肝相关性肝癌发生、发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组化(SP)及酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测62例肝癌患者组织和血清中AQP1和VEGF的表达。结果 :AQP1和VEGF在肝癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于对照组,与患者年龄、性别无关;与病TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度、有无淋巴转移有关。肝癌组血清AQP1和VEGF浓度明显高于对照组。结论:乙肝相关性肝癌患者组织和血清中存在AQP1和VEGF的高表达,说明其可能在肝癌发生、发展中起着作用。血清中AQP1和VEGF的检测对肝癌临床预后判断有一定参考价值。Objective To examine the expressions of AQP1 and VEGF in human hepatitis B associated hepatocellular earcinoma and to investigate its relationship with the occurrence and development of hepatoeellularcarcinoma. Methods AQP1 and VEGF expressionsin the cancer tissues and AQP1 and VEGF levels in the serum were detected in 62 cases of hepatoeellula earcinomaby immunohistochemistry and ELISA, respectively. Results The expressions of AQP1 and VEGF in the liver cancers were significantly higher than in the normal tissues （P 〈 0.01 ）. The higher expression was related to pathologic type, degrees of differentiation and lymph node metastasis, but not related to sex, age and TNM stages. In the serum of liver cancer, the concentrations of AQP1 and VEGF were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion High expressions of AQP1 and VEGF in the patients with liver cancer may be correlated to the occurrence and development of liver cancer. Plasma levels of AQP1 and VEGF may be more meaningful for the evaluation of clinical prognosis.
