摘  要:目的:建立芍药甘草汤中9种药效组分分析方法,研究配伍比例及配伍组分对芍药甘草汤药效组分的影响,为建立与临床疗效对应的中药质量标准提供科学依据。方法:以不同配伍比例及不同配伍组分的芍药甘草汤为载体,以经方芍药甘草汤(《伤寒论方》)作对照,按照汤剂制备供试品,采用HPLC-DAD多波长法测定芍药甘草汤中氧化芍药苷、芍药内酯苷、芍药苷、苯甲酰芍药苷、甘草酸(230 nm),甘草苷、甘草素(276 nm),异甘草苷、异甘草素(360 nm)共9种药效组分的含量。结果:不同配伍比例的芍药甘草汤中9种药效组分总量(mg·m L-1)在醋白芍-炙甘草(3 g∶3 g)、(6 g∶6 g)、(12 g∶12 g)中相等且最高,其余依次为在醋白芍-炙甘草(9 g∶12 g)、(12 g∶9 g)、(6 g∶12 g)、(3 g∶12 g)、(12 g∶6 g)、(12 g∶3 g)中;不同配伍组分的芍药甘草汤中9种药效组分总量(mg·m L-1)依次为在醋白芍-炙甘草(12 g∶12 g)、酒白芍-炙甘草(12 g∶12 g)、炒白芍-炙甘草(12 g∶12 g)、醋白芍-生甘草(12 g∶12 g)、焦白芍-炙甘草(12 g∶12 g)、酒白芍-生甘草(12 g∶12 g)、炒白芍-生甘草(12 g∶12 g)、焦白芍-生甘草(12 g∶12 g)中。结论:1配伍比例、配伍组分相同,药效组分相同;2配伍比例相同但配伍组分不同,药效组分不同;3配伍组分相同、配伍比例越接近1∶1,药效组分含量越高;4配伍比例相同时,对药效组分的影响程度为醋白芍>酒白芍>炒白芍>焦白芍,炙甘草>生甘草;5配伍组分相同时,对药效组分的影响程度为炙甘草>醋白芍。研究结果说明:配伍比例和配伍组分不同,是不同的药物,其药效组分质量标准不同。Objective: To establish the analytical method of nine constituents in Shaoyao Gancao decoction and study the influence of compatibility ratio and compatibility of components on alignment of active components in Shaoyao Gancao decoction,so as to provide a scientific basis for establishing the quality standard of traditional Chinese medicine corresponding to the clinical curative effect. Methods: Shaoyao Gancao decoctions with components of different compatibility ratios and different compatibilities were taken as the carrier and Shaoyaogancao decoction made by the classical prescription( from ‘Treatise on Febrile Diseases') as the control. In accordance with the decoction,the test samples were prepared to determinate the nine constituents by HPLC- DAD multi- wavelength method,including oxypaeoniflorin,albiflorin,paeoniflorin,benzoyl paeoniflorin,glycyrrhizic acid( 230 nm),liquiritin,liquiritigenin( 276 nm),isoliquiritin,and isoliquiritigenin( 360 nm). Results: Among decoctions of different compatibility ratios,the total amount of nine active components was the highest in the decoctions made by vinegar Radix Paeoniae Alba- Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata( 3 g∶ 3 g),( 6 g∶ 6 g),and( 12 g∶ 12 g),followed by the rest of vinegar Radix Paeoniae Alba- Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata( 9 g∶ 12 g),( 12 g∶ 9 g),( 6 g∶ 12 g),( 3 g∶ 12 g),( 12 g∶6 g),( 12 g∶ 3 g). Among decoctions of different compatibilities of components,the total amount of nine active components followed the following order: vinegar Radix Paeoniae Alba- Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata( 12 g∶ 12 g); wine Radix Paeoniae Alba- Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata( 12 g ∶ 12 g); fried Radix Paeoniae Alba- Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata( 12 g∶ 12 g); vinegar Radix Paeoniae Alba- Radix Glycyrrhizae( 12 g∶ 12 g); burnt Radix Paeoniae AlbaRadix Glycyrrhizae Preparata( 12 g∶ 12 g); wine Radix Paeoniae Alba- Radix Glycyrrhizae( 12 g∶ 12 g); fried Radix Paeoniae Alba- Ra
