玉龙秦艽质量综合评价方法研究与应用

摘　　要：目的:建立综合评价秦艽质量的新方法。方法:采集云南省玉龙县26份具代表性栽培秦艽样品,利用层次分析法、灰色等权关联度法、综合赋权法确定秦艽药材12个性状权重,再结合DTOPSIS法评价秦艽综合质量。结果:采用层次分析法、灰色关联度法、DTOPSIS法的综合评价结果基本一致,但结合DTOPSIS法后Ci值差异值均显著高于层次分析法和灰色关联度法综合得分的差异值。结论:赋权法与DTOPSIS法结合能全面地评价秦艽质量;综合赋权结合DTOPSIS法为主客观确权评价法,更适用于赋权和秦艽质量综合评价。Objective： To establish a new comprehensive method to evaluate the quality of Gentiana crassiculis Duthie ex Burk. Methods： Totally 26 representative cultivated samples of Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk.collected from Yulong county in Yunnan province were evaluated by AHP,grey correlation method and comprehensive weighting method in combination with Dynamic Thechnigece for Oder Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution（ DTOPSIS） to determine the 12 characteristic weights. Results： Different methods showed similar results,but the variance coefficient of Ciin combined weighting methods with DTOPSIS was higher than that of comprehensive scores in AHP and gray correlation method. Conclusion： Combination of DTOPSIS with the comprehensive weighting method can objectively evaluate the overall quality of Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk.To sum up,the comprehensive weighting method of subjective AHP and objective gray correlation in combination with DTOPSIS was suitable for the comprehensive quality assessment of Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk.
