组织学炎症在前列腺癌上皮间质转化中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨组织学慢性前列腺炎在前列腺癌上皮间质转化(EMT)中的作用。方法回顾性分析17例前列腺癌及25例组织学慢性前列腺炎合并前列腺癌患者临床资料,比较两组患者前列腺特异抗原(PSA)、Gleason评分和转移情况,免疫组化法分析上皮型钙黏附蛋白(E-cadherin)、神经型钙粘附蛋白(N-cadherin)、β-链蛋白(β-catenin)、波形蛋白(Vimentin)在两组患者中的表达情况。结果前列腺癌患者的前列腺特异抗原(PSA)、Gleason评分和转移率均明显低于前列腺癌合并组织学炎症患者(P<0.01);免疫组化法结果显示前列腺癌组患者E-cadherin和β-catenin的表达显著高于前列腺癌合并组织炎症组患者(P<0.01);前列腺癌组患者N-cadherin和Vimentin的表达显著低于前列腺癌合并组织炎症组患者(P<0.01)。结论组织学慢性前列腺炎对前列腺癌的PSA、Gleason评分和转移率均有显著的影响,促进前列腺癌EMT的发展。Objective To investigate the role of histologic chronic prostatitis in EMT of prostate cancer. MethodsClinical data of 17 cases of patients with prostate cancer and 25 cases of histologic chronic prostatitis and prostate cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed,and compared with PSA,Gleason score and metastasis in two groups,the expressions of E-cadherin,N-cadherin,β-cateninand Vimentin in the two groups were analyzed by the immunohistochemistry. Results PSA,Gleason score and metastasis in patients with prostate cancer were significantly lower than patients with histologic chronic prostatitis with prostate cancer（ P〈0. 01）; immunohistochemistry showed that the expressions of E-cadherin and N-cadherin in patients with prostate cancer were significantly higher than histologic chronic prostatitis with prostate cancer patients（ P〈0. 01）; the expression of β-cateninand Vimentin in prostate cancer group was significantly lower than the histologicchronic prostatitis with prostate cancer patients（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Histologic chronic prostatitis has a significant impact on the PSA,Gleason score and metastasis rates of prostate cancer,and promotes the development of prostate cancer EMT.
