摘　　要：功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)的胃肠症状重叠现象在临床上极为常见,此种现象的产生缘于各种不同类型的FGIDs具有共通的病理机制。中医药在治疗单一FGIDs时均将其视为整个胃肠系统即脾胃的一部分,在整体基础上结合具体疾病的病症特征综合施治,故在治疗FGIDs胃肠症状重叠时表现出一定优势。然而现有的中医药治疗FGIDs疗效评价工具大多是针对单一病证,难以评价中医药多层面、多维度的治疗效果。患者报告临床结局(PRO)量表是基于FGIDs的整体性(共性)与单个疾病的个体性(个性)认知上的综合评价工具,可以较好地体现FGIDs中医药临床治疗及评价的特点。因此,基于FGIDs常出现胃肠症状重叠的疾病特点和中医药整体调节的作用特点,研制针对FGIDs胃肠症状重叠的PRO量表对完善其疗效评价体系至关重要。The phenomenon of gastrointestinal symptoms overlap of functional gastrointestinal disorders（ FGIDs）is very common clinically,for different types of FGIDs have the common pathomechanism. When treating single FGID,Chinese medicine regards stomach and intestine as part of the whole gastrointestinal system： spleen and stomach. Based on the concept of holism,Chinese medicine integrates the symptom features of concrete diseases,and offers the comprehensive treatment. Thus,Chinese medicine has its advantages in treating gastrointestinal symptoms overlap of FGIDs. While current treatment evaluation tools of Chinese medicine treating FGIDs are mostly applied to one single disease. It is difficult to evaluate multi-layers and multi-dimensions treatment effect of Chinese medicine.Patient Reported Outcome（ PRO） scale,which is based on cognition of integrity（ universality） of FGIDs and characteristics（ individuality） of a single disease,is a comprehensive evaluation tool and could reflect the characteristics of Chinese medicine treating FGIDs and evaluation better. Therefore,based on the disease characteristics of FGIDs,usually with gastrointestinal symptoms overlap and effect features of Chinese medicine entire regulation,developing PRO scale aiming at gastrointestinal symptoms overlap of FGIDs is essential for improving effect evaluation system.
