摘 要:将聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)、1,6-己二醇(HDO)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)与不同物质的量比的六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸(IPDI)反应,通过预聚体混合法制备了一系列环境友好的PPG型水性聚氨酯。利用FT-IR、DSC、SEM等研究了HDI/IPDI物质的量比对水性聚氨酯的性能和微观形貌的影响。结果表明:随着HDI/IPDI物质的量比的增加,水性聚氨酯链段的氨基甲酸酯键之间的氢键密度增加,水性聚氨酯分散体的平均粒径增大,硬段的结晶性和柔韧性随之提高,同时促进了软段的拉伸诱导结晶。PPG-based Waterborne polyurethane (WPU) dispersions were synthesized from poly( propylene glycol) ( PPG), dimethylolpropionic acid ( DMPA), 1,6-hexanediol ( HDO), different molar ratio of 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) via a prepolymer mixing process. The effect of HD//IPDI molar ratio on the performance and micro morphology of PPG-based WPU dispersion was studied by means of Fourier transform infrared ( FT- IR) spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), etc. The results indicated that the particle size of WPU dispersions increased, the flexibility and crystallinity of hard-segment, hydrogen bonds density between carbamates were enhanced as well as the induced crystallization of soft segment was promoted as the molar ratio of HDI/IPDI increased.
