摘  要:为了准确快速的测试泵的水力性能,对新建的泵试验台的过程控制和数据采集提出了严苛的要求;根据这些要求,引入了PLC控制系统、变频器电机拖动系统、数据采集系统及组态界面,并采用以太网网络将各个分散的部分联结成一个整体;经过一年多的运行表明该试验台操作简便,过程控制可靠,数据采集稳定准确,能够快速准确地测试出泵的水力性能并记录打印出来,完全实现了最初的设计要求。In order to test the hydraulic performance of the pump accurately and quickly, the process control and data acquisition of the newly built pump test bench are put forward with stringent requirements. Based on these requirements, PLC control system, inverter motor drive system , data acquirement system and configuration interface are applied and linked together by Ethernet. It indicates that this pump test bench has simple operation, reliable process control, stable and accurate data acquisition after more than a year of running. The hydraulic performance of pump can be tested quickly and accurately and the test record printed simply. The original design requirements are fully realized.
