摘  要:针对野外环境下装甲车辆转速等频率量的车载测试需求,通过对比分析几种常用频率测量方法(测频法、测周法和多周期同步法)的测量原理和测量误差,提供了一种基于MC9S12DT128单片机的多路频率测量模块设计方案,文中给出了通过软件方法实现多周期同步法的原理和具体编程方法;实际应用表明,该模块可并行测量8路0~10 kHz的频率量,测量精度高、量程宽、电路结构简单,环境适应能力强,可满足装甲车辆野外试验需要。Aimed at on hoard frequency test requirements such as armored vehicle velocity in the wild field, by analyzing the theory and error of several frequency measurement methods, a project for multi--channel frequency measurement module was proposed which is based on MC9S12DT128 microcontroller. The theory and realization based on a software programming method of synchronous multicycle measurement was work out. The application results show that the module can test isoehronously eight frequencies within the range of 0--10kHz. the measurement is precision and wide--range, the circuit framework is compact and the acclimatization is very high. So the measurement module can adapt to the armored vehicle field test.
