摘  要:目的通过研究精液经不同年限冷冻后的冷冻复苏率,来探索长时间冷冻存储对冷冻复苏率的影响。方法从精子库中随机取162例正常供精者标本进行解冻,标本按所保存的年限划分为8组:Ⅰ组为冻存0~1年组(n=11),Ⅱ组为冻存1~2年组(n=42),Ⅲ组为冻存2~3年组(n=16),Ⅳ组为冻存3~4年组(n=11),Ⅴ组为冻存4~5年组(n=16),Ⅵ组为冻存5~6年组(n=27),Ⅶ组为冻存6~7年组(n=25),Ⅷ组为冻存7~8年组(n=14)。解冻进行精液常规分析后,从数据库中调出冻存前精液常规分析结果,计算冷冻复苏率。结果Ⅰ~Ⅷ组冷冻复苏率随保存年限的增加而呈下降趋势,I组与Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但是Ⅰ组与Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论冷冻储存于液氮中的精液标本,短期内的冷冻复苏率无明显变化,但长期来看,保存时间越长,冷冻复苏率明显降低。【Objective】 To explore the effect of long-term cryostorage on sperm survival rate after thaw,by research the sperm survival rate after thaw of different term cryostorage. 【Methods】 A total of 162 sperm specimens of normal sperm donors were randomly taken from the sperm bank and thawed, then divided into 8groups based on the time of storage. Group Ⅰ(n = 11) was cryostoraged for 0~1 year, group Ⅱ(n = 42) for1~2 years, group Ⅲ(n = 16) for 2~3 years, group Ⅳ(n = 11) for 3~4 years, group Ⅴ(n = 16) for 4~5 years,group Ⅵ(n = 27) for 5~6 years, group Ⅶ(n = 25) for 6~7 years and group Ⅷ(n = 14) for 7~8 years. The parameters of these specimens were analyzed after thaw, and then the parameters of these specimens before thaw were taken from the database, the sperm survival rate after thaw was calculated. 【Results】 There was a downtrend of sperm survival rate after thaw from the group Ⅰ to the group Ⅷ. The results indicated unapparent differences between the group Ⅰ and the groups Ⅱ~Ⅴ(P 〉0.05), but there were significant differences between the group Ⅰ and the groups Ⅵ~Ⅷ(P 〈0.05). 【Conclusions】 In a short term, there is no significant change in the sperm survival rate after thaw, but the sperm survival rate after thaw significantly reduces in a long term of cryostorage.
