摘 要:目的:探讨铁皮石斛龟苓膏对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:实验以环磷酰胺致免疫抑制小鼠为研究对象,分别按铁皮石斛龟苓膏低、中、高剂量灌胃给药,观察铁皮石斛龟苓膏对免疫抑制小鼠血清溶血素水平、迟发型变态反应、血清IL-4和IFN-γ含量以及单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能、外周白细胞数和淋巴细胞数的影响。结果:与环磷酰胺组比较,铁皮石斛龟苓膏各剂量组均提高免疫抑制小鼠血清溶血素水平(P<0.01)、IL-4和IFN-γ含量(P<0.05)、外周白细胞数和淋巴细胞数(P<0.05);中、高剂量组均提高小鼠迟发型变态反应(P<0.05);中剂量组增强小鼠单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能(P<0.05)。结论:铁皮石斛龟苓膏具有提高免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的作用。Objective: To study effects of Tiepi Shihu Guiling Gao on immunologic function of immunosuppressive mice. Methods: The cyclophosphamide- induced immunosuppressed mice were taken as models. The mice were fed with Tiepi Shihu Guiling Gao at the dose of 0. 75,1. 5,3( g / kg) respectively,observing the effects of Tiepi Shihu Guiling Gao on level of serum hemolysin,delayed hypersensitivity,serum IL- 4 and IFN- γ levels,monocyte- macrophage phagocytosis,peripheral white blood cell count and lymphocyte count in immunosuppressive mice. Results: To compare with cyclophosphamide group,each dose groups of Tiepi Shihu Guiling Gao could increase serum hemolysin level( P〈0. 01),raise serum IL- 4 and IFN- γ levels( P〈0. 05),increase the number of peripheral leukocytes and lymphocytes( P〈0. 05); medium and high dose groups could enhance delayed type hypersensitivity( P〈0. 05); high dose group could enhance monocyte- macrophage phagocytosis( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Tiepi Shihu Guiling Gao could enhance immune function of immunosuppressive mice.
