摘　　要：目的:观察丹参注射液对输卵管炎大鼠输卵管组织Smad3mRNA表达的影响。方法:SD雌性大鼠采用苯酚胶浆法制备慢性输卵管炎模型,随机分为模型组、西药组、丹参高剂量组、丹参低剂量组,另设正常对照组。造模后8天给药,1次/天,连续灌胃给药21天。第22天,取大鼠输卵管组织,半定量RTPCR法检测Smad3mRNA的表达。结果:模型组大鼠输卵管组织Smad3mRNA表达显著增高,丹参高、低剂量组、西药组均可降低其异常高表达,但丹参两剂量组与西药组比较,有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:丹参注射液能够降低Smad3mRNA的异常表达,具有抗组织粘连及纤维化的作用,因而对输卵管阻塞性不孕具有良好的治疗作用。Objective： To observe the intervention effect of Danshen Injection on Smad3 mRNA expression in rats with chronic salpingitis. Methods： SPF level female SD rats were prepared for the chronic salpingitis model by ＂phenol glue method＂,and then randomly divided into model group,western medicine group,high dose of Danshen injection group and low dose of Danshen Injection group. On the eightth day after model established,rats were given drugs by intragastric administration once a day for 21 days. On the 22 ed day,oviduct tissue of the rats were gotten after anesthesia by intraperitoneal injection to detect the expressions of Smad3 mRNA by Semi- quantitative RT- PCR. Results： The expression of Smad3 mRNA in rats oviduct of model group was higher to compare with normal,the expression of Smad3 mRNA was decreased in western medicine group,high dose of Danshen Injection group and low dose of Danshen Injection group,the effect was better in high dose of Danshen Injection group and low dose of Danshen Injection group than that in western medicine group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Danshen Injection can decrease the abnormal expressions of Smad3 mRNA,reduce adhesions and fibrosis of oviduct tissue,thus it has good clinical effect on tubal obstruction- infertility.
