三黄片不同调和物外用抗炎、镇痛作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察三黄片分别用水和油调和后外用的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:实验随机分成6组,空白对照组,阳性对照组,水调物大、小剂量组,油调物大、小剂量组,每组12只。采用二甲苯致小鼠耳壳肿胀实验和冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应实验观察两种三黄片调和物的抗炎、镇痛作用,并以鱼石脂软膏作阳性对照。结果:三黄片水调和物大剂量组对二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀和冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应具有明显抑制作用,与空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三黄片油调和物对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀和冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应均无明显抑制效应。结论:三黄片调和物具有一定的抗炎、镇痛作用,效果与鱼石脂软膏相当,水调和物作用优于油调和物。Objective： To research the anti- inflammation and analgesic effects of different kinds of Sanhuang Pian concoction external application. Methods： Experiment was divided six groups at random,blank,positive and water concoction（ high,low dose）,oil concocotion（ high,low dose） groups,12 mice in each group. The anti- inflammation and analgesic effects were determined with the mouse ear swelling test and mouse writhing response caused by glacialacetic acid. Results： The high- dose group of Sanhuang Pian water concoction could significantly inhibited mouse＇s ear swelling caused by dimethylbenzene and mouse＇s writhing response resulted in glacialacetic acid. There were significant statistical significance compared with the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Sanhuang Pian concoction has definite analgesic and anti- inflammation effects,the effects of which equivalent to Ichthyol ointment,the effects of water concoction was better than those of oil concoction.
