祛脂保肝颗粒长期毒性的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察袪脂保肝颗粒对大鼠的长期毒性。方法:SD大鼠80只,随机分成祛脂保肝颗粒高、中、低剂量组及空白对照组;祛脂保肝颗粒高、中、低剂量组分别给予不同浓度的祛脂保肝颗粒溶液,空白对照组给予蒸馏水,连续给药10周。观察给药期间大鼠的一般情况,末次给药后,每组分别取10只,雌雄各半,禁食24小时,称重后取血,检测血常规、血液生化指标、计算脏器系数以及观察组织病理变化等。余下大鼠停药后继续观察2周,同法检测相关指标。结果:给药组与空白对照组比较各项指标均无显著性差异,恢复期所有检查结果也均未见明显异常。结论:祛脂保肝颗粒剂无明显的长期毒性。Objective： To observe the long- term toxicity of Quzhi Baogan Granule on rat. Methods： 80 SD rats were randomly divided into Quzhi Baogan Granules high,middle,low dose group and blank control group.Each group was treated with different concentration of Quzhi Baogan Granules solution,the blank control group was given distilled water,for 10 weeks continuously. To observe the general performance in rats during the test,after last administration,10 rats were taken from each group,fasting 24 h,taking the blood after weighing,determing the blood routine examination,blood biochemical indices,organ coefficients were calculated and observing the pathology changes. The remaining rats were observed 2 weeks after discontinuation with the same method,to check the same indicators. Results： The examination results showed that there were no significant differences between the three medicating groups and control on the various indicators,the recovery period all inspection results were no different. Conclusion： Quzhi Baogan Granules has no obvious long- term toxicity.
