摘 要:目的:观察淫羊藿苷对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的促进作用。方法:建立鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜模型,光镜下观察淫羊藿苷对正常鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜微血管形态的作用,应用医学图像分析软件定量检测淫羊藿苷对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的影响。结果:淫羊藿苷作用后,光镜下可见鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜微血管数目增多,管径变粗,分布清晰。定量检测结果表明,淫羊藿苷10μmol/L作用24、48、72小时的血管生成诱导率分别为22.52%、30.03%、64.85%,其3个时间点的血管数量均明显多于DMSO各对应时间(P<0.05),与各对应时间VEGF组血管数量无显著差异(P>0.05)。淫羊藿苷48小时组血管生成数量明显多于24小时组(P<0.05),且明显少于72小时组(P<0.05)。结论:淫羊藿苷可显著促进鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜的血管生成,并呈现时间依赖关系。Objective: To investigate the promoting effect of Icariin on the angiogenesis of chick chorioallantoic membrane( CAM). Methods: The models of angiogenesis of CAM were established. Morphological changes of blood vessels of CAM cultured with Icariin for 24 h,48h and 72 h were observed under the light microscope.Blood vessels were counted by using medical image analyzing soft ware. Results: Increase of blood vessels number,thicker caliber and clearly distribution of blood vessels were observed under the light microscope after treatment with Icariin. The blood vessels in CAM of Icariin group and VEGF groups cultured for 24 h,48h and 72 h were significantly more than each corresponding time of DMSO group( P〈0. 05). The blood vessels in CAM cultured with Icariin for 48 h were more than that of 24 h group( P〈0. 05),and less than that of 72 h group. The induction rates of Icariin treated for 24 h,48h and 72 h were 22. 52%,30. 03% and 64. 85%. Conclusion: Icariin could promote the angiogenesis of CAM in a time- dependent manner.
