摘  要:采用传递矩阵方法,对某型小尺寸高速内啮合齿轮轴减速器进行了扭转振动特性分析。针对减速器结构及动力学特点,将减速器离散化成集中惯量、集中刚度的轴盘模型,分析振动的传递关系,计算系统固有频率和各阶主振型,讨论其振动特性。解析结果与地面试验数据相吻合,找到了谐振发生的原因,为以后结构优化和改进设计提供了依据,同时为故障诊断提供支撑。Transfer Matrix Method (TMM) was used to analyze the torsional vibration characteristics of a pint-sized high-speed internal gear shaft speed reducer. In this paper, shaft and disk system quality centralized model of the reducer was established, according to the characteristics of the gear reducer structure and dynamics. And, the transfer relationship of torsional vibration between system units was analyzed. Therefore, the natural frequency and the modal shapes were calculated, and vibration characteristics of the system were also discussed. The cause of res- onance was found by analyzing the analytical result, which coincide with the ground test data well. Finally, recom- mendations were provided for future structural optimization or fault diagnosis.
