摘 要:针对汽车起重机起升机构液压系统在空载和轻载工况下能耗损失大的问题,将一种新型负载敏感平衡阀应用在该液压系统中,达到既平稳承载下行又节能的目的。利用AMESim仿真软件,与采用普通平衡阀的液压系统进行了比较研究。分析了两液压系统分别在空载、轻载和重载工况下的能耗情况,分析结果显示在轻载和空载下降工况时采用负载敏感平衡阀的液压系统的能耗比普通平衡阀的小,空载时能耗损失可减小94.7%。Aimed at solving the problem about a large energy loss in the lifting mechanism's hydraulic system for the truck crane,under the no-load condition and the light-load condition,a solution to apply a new sensitive load balancing valve in the hydraulic system is presented for the purpose of steady and energy-saving. With the simulation software AMESim,the hydraulic system with the new sensitive load balancing valve is compared with the common one. The two hydraulic system's energy losses are analyzed under the no-load condition,light-load condition and overload condition,respectively. The analysis results show that,under the no-load condition and light-load condition,the energy loss of the sensitive load balancing valve for the hydraulic system is lower than the common balancing valve for the hydraulic system. The energy loss,under the no-load condition can reduce nearly 94. 7%.
