摘 要:为了减少含铅提锌渣对环境的危害,实现有价资源铅的回收利用,本研究提出以提锌渣为原料,采用酸性氯化钙溶液浸出提铅的工艺路线。通过正交试验法设计了三因素四水平的正交试验,考察了反应温度、浸出时间、氯化钙溶液浓度和液固比四个影响因素对铅提取率的影响。通过极差分析,确定各影响因素的影响程度:液固比>反应温度>氯化钙溶液浓度>反应时间,最佳反应条件为:反应温度80℃、反应时间45min、液固比7∶1、氯化钙溶液浓度为400 g/L,在此条件下,铅的浸出率可达93.80%,有效的实现了铅的高效浸出,减少了环境的负担。The research is to reduce environmental hazards of lead-bearing zinc leaching residues,and to realize the recovery and utilization of lead valuable resources. In this paper,leaching of lead using acidic calcium chloride solution was proposed. Based on orthogonal design,the L9( 43) array has been used to arrange the experimental runs in order to maximize lead extraction from zinc leaching residues. The effects of reaction temperature,leaching time,concentration of Ca Cl2 aqueous solution and liquid-to-solid ratio( L / S) on extraction rate of lead were investigated.ANOVA was also employed to determine the levels of various influence factors on leaching of lead reaction. Results show that the impact order of reaction factors was L / S reaction temperature concentration of Ca Cl2 aqueous solution reaction time with respect to lead recovery. The extraction rates of lead were 93. 8% approximately,when the zinc leach residues were leached for 45 min at 80°C with Ca Cl2 solution concentration of 400 g / L and L / S of 7∶ 1.The lead leaching is realized effectively,and also reduces the burden of the environment.
