摘 要:制备了负载型Fe2O3-Zn O二元复合改性活性炭吸附剂,在固定吸附床上对吸附剂的进行脱硫性能研究。研究结果表明,先负载Fe2O3后负载Zn O,Fe2O3、活性炭和Zn O的质量比为0.8∶1∶0.5,焙烧温度为350℃,吸附温度为50℃,此时的穿透时间39min,饱和硫容和脱硫率分别可达到168.1mg·g-1和66.1%。Fe2O3-ZnO supported activate carbon adsorbents were prepared, selection of preparation condition- son the performance of hydrogen sulphide removal were studied using a fixed-bed adsorption column. Experiment results of showed that the absorbent loading ZnO after Fe2O3,with Fe2O3, AC to ZnO mass ratio of 0.8:1:0.5 and calcination temperature of 350℃ was found to give the best preparation conditions andthe adsorption temperature of 50℃was found to give the best process conditions of adsorbent. Breakthrough time can reach 39 minutes, the saturated sulfur capacity and desulfurization rate can reach 168.1mg.g-1 and 66.1%.
