摘　　要：为解决开采水平向深部延伸、煤层倾角增大导致片帮飞矸、原配套设备出现不适应和影响回采产量等问题,结合以往开采经验,在分析研究基础上自主研发出适应70°煤层倾角的采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架、端头支架、桥式转载机等综合机械化成套装备,在绿水洞煤矿3212急倾斜综采工作面安全顺利完成工业性试验,改善了作业环境,提升了安全系数。To solve mining level to the deep coal seam dip Angle increases lead to security threats of help fly the gangue,the original equipment problems don＇t adapt to the influence of extraction yield,etc, combined with previous experience in mining,independently developed on the basis of analysis and research to adapt to the coal seam dip Angle of seventy degrees of shearer,scraper conveyor,hydraulic support,end bracket,the comprehensive mechanization of complete sets of equipment such as bridge stage loader,Lushuidong Coal Mine 3212 steeply inclined safety of fully mechanized working face is completed industrial test,improved the working environment,raise the safety coefficient.
