摘  要:对比分析了多回转阀门电动执行机构传统设计方法和现代设计流程的差异,并按照现代设计流程对执行机构进行了开发设计。在设计过程中,对各零部件进行了参数化设计,并采用虚拟样机技术建立了传动机构的虚拟装配模型,为机构的运动学和动力学模拟提供理论模型,并便于设计优化;运用仿真软件对机构进行了运动学和动力学分析,并与实验结果进行了对比,实现了预期目的,取得了良好效果。In this thesis,the difference between the traditional design methods and the modern design process of multi-turn valves electric actuator was compared and analyzed. The actuator is designed and developed based on the modern design process. This design process applies parametric design to all the components and employs the virtual prototype technology to establish virtual assembly model of the transmission mechanism,which provides theoretical models for kinematics and dynamics simulation,and facilitates the design optimization. By means of the simulation software to analyze the kinematics and dynamics and make comparison with experimental results,the thesis has achieved its desirable?objectives and results.
