摘　　要：通过与国外掘进机截割部的对比,阐述了结构的特点、技术参数及结构组成。同时,改进后的产品采用永磁电机代替异步电机,减速器采用一级行星齿轮传动代替原来多级齿轮传动。与原设计相比,在外形与功能不变的情况下,扭矩增大,故障率降低,提升截割性能。Through the comparison with foreign machine cutting part, elaborated the characteristics of the structure, technical parameters and main structure. At the same time, the improved product uses permanent magnet motor instead of the asynchronous motor, planet gear transmission reducer adopts level instead of the original multi-stage gear transmission. Compared with the original design, under the condition of invariable in shape and function, increase torque, reduce the failure rate, greatly improve the cutting performance.
