摘 要:针对现有抑尘剂喷洒系统间歇喷洒效果差、无抑尘剂回收功能和适应车速低的问题,设计一种基于偏心阀的抑尘剂自动循环喷洒系统。喷洒系统根据偏心阀的动作,实现了喷淋架经过2节车厢空挡处时停止喷洒的功能。实验结果显示,该喷洒系统防止大量抑尘剂被喷洒到铁轨上,并且对抑尘剂直接回收利用,降低了抑尘剂的用量,消除抑尘剂对环境的污染。偏心阀的快速响应能力,拓宽了喷洒系统适用车速范围。In order to solve aseries of problems such as poor result of intermittent spraying,no dust suppressant recycling capability and meeting lower speed for existing sprinkler systems for dust suppressant,A dust suppressant auto-recycling sprinkler system is designed based on the eccentric valve. According to the operation of the eccentric valves, The sprinkler system achieves the function of stopping spraying when the neutral position between two carriages goes through the spraying device.The experiment demonstrates that the sprinkler system prevents spraying a lot of dust suppressant to rails and recycle excess dust suppressant directly, thus reduce the waste of dust suppressant tremendously and eliminate pollution of dust suppressant to environment. Rapid response capability of the eccentric valve broadens the scope of sprinkler system adapting railway transportation.
