摘  要:截齿作为与煤岩直接作用的刀具,其截割性能优劣直接影响着采掘装备的工作效率,其受力形式较为复杂。采用离散元分析软件PFC3D模拟镐型截齿的破煤过程,旨在研究镐型截齿的受力形式,以及镐形截齿的受力大小与煤层截割厚度的关系,为后续采掘装备截割性能的研究提供依据。Cutting tooth has directly interaction on the coal and rock, and the cutting performance of it directly affects the work efficiency of mining equipment, and the force of it is very complex. Adopts the PFC3 D a discrete element method analysis software to simulate the process of pick shaped cutter breaking coal seam, aims to study the pick cutting force of pick shaped cutter and the relationship between the force and cutting thickness of coal seam, and to provide a reference for the following research on improving the performance of the mining machine.
