摘 要:利用ABAQUS软件建立X形密封圈的有限元模型,分析了不同流体压力和预压缩率对X形密封圈力学性能的影响,并对应力集中部位进行优化探讨。结果表明:X形密封圈在较低的流体压力和预压缩率下发生应力集中,最大Mises应力迅速增加,随后便基本保持不变;最大接触压力则随流体压力和预压缩率的增加而线性增大,流体压力<10 MPa时,凹盘处储存的液压油有助于提高密封系统的润滑性能;凹盘半径对最大Mises应力和最大剪切应力影响较大,对主密封面最大接触压力则基本无影响。A finite element model for X-ring was built based on the software ABAQUS. The effects of different fluid pressures and pre-compression rates on the mechanical properties and optimization of the stress concentration area were analyzed. The results show that stress concentration happens under low fluid pressure and pre-compression rate. The maximum Mises stress increase rapidly and basically unchanged later. The maximum contact pressure is increased linearly with the increase of fluid pressure and pre-compression rate. Hydraulic oil in the concave helps to improve lubrication performance of the sealing system when fluid pressure 10 MPa. The concave radius have a large impact on the maximum Mises stress and shear stress, but have nearly no impact on the maximum contact pressure.
