摘　　要：为解决掘进机截割头等部件表面堆焊开裂、脱落和成形质量差的现象,通过对3种耐磨性能好的堆焊焊丝进行耐磨对比试验,确定性能最好的耐磨焊丝并确定了最佳的焊接工艺参数,提高了掘进机截割头等部件表面堆焊质量。For solving the problem of bead weld cracking,breaking off and bad forming on the surface of cutting head of roadheader, by comparing three kind of weld wires about their wear-resisting, it can find the best wear-resisting wire for the roadheader, and can find the optimum welding parameters, so it can improve the bead weld quality.
