摘  要:螺杆空压机是煤矿通用机械之一,针对龙岩市某煤矿螺杆空压机实际运行中振动超标的故障,采用频谱分析法,发现以啮合频率为中心,以星轮频率为间隙的一系列频带才是故障表现出的频谱曲线。经分析,其故障主要是星轮支撑轴松动造成的,采取相应改进措施,使螺杆空压机正常运转。Screw air compressor is one of the general machinery for coal mine. Aiming at the fault vibration that exceeds the standard in the actual operation of some screw air compressors for coal mine in Longyan city, using spectrum analysis method, it is found that the serie of frequency band that has the meshing frequency as the center frequency and the gate rotor frequency as band gaps is the spectrum curve of fault vibration. After analysis, the fault is mainly caused by the looseness of the gate rotor bearing shaft, and taking corresponding improvement measures could normalize the operation of screw air compressor.
